Moody Sooze Reviews is all about the best things and the worst things in life.  I am a born and bred Londoner who has travelled all over the world and throughout the UK.  I believe in standards, in common courtesy and in good service.  All three are very important and can have a dramatic impact on our quality of life, how we treat each other and also (in no small way) on business.

When it comes to bad service, people just don’t complain enough.  If we did, we would all have far better levels of service in all walks of life.  For example, I believe in telling a restaurant, politely, if I do not feel their standards have been adequate.  However I cannot tell you the amount of times I have not complained about shoddy standards in a restaurant, because my fellow diners don’t want to “make a fuss”…!  We should all (politely) make “a fuss” if standards are unacceptable, because it is, without doubt, the only way standards will improve.

Courtesy may seem like a small part of life but it is so easy to carry out and can put a smile on even the grumpiest face!  I fully support being courteous in any complaint, but there is always a way of commenting strongly and firmly without being rude.  Unnecessary rudeness is frankly, unnecessary.  And a simple smile goes a long way.

My aim is to review the good and the bad of all aspects of life.  Not just restaurants, but shops, hotels, banks – you name it, I’ll review it.  I know what I like and I know what I don’t like.  So there are good and bad reviews on this blog.  There will also be random rants about, well, anything really.  Please feel free to add your own comments – all feedback is good!
